• Items may be returned within 10 business days of purchase for STORE CREDIT ONLY minus the cost of the return label. 
• We do not issue refunds back to your method of payment.
• You will be issued an e-gift card for store credit.
• To be eligible for a return merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged or defective.
• Merchandise must have all original tags, including any Filotimo Boutique Tags, attached.
• Face masks, jewelry and all accessories are FINAL SALE.
• Final Sale items can’t be returned. 
• Once your return is processed, we will email you an e-gift card with your store credit.

FILOTIMO BOUTIQUE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ANY MERCHANDISE THAT DOES NOT MEET THE ABOVE RETURN REQUIREMENTS.
